Samson Demolition LLC. is a demolition contracting business established February 28th, 2024, specializing in providing safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible demolition services. We cater to developers, commercial, and industrial clients, offering services such as complete building demolition, interior strip-outs, site clearance, and hazardous material removal. Based in North Carolina our mission is to be the go-to demolition contractor for projects of all sizes by delivering unparalleled service and expertise.

Ownership Background

Samson Demolition was founded in February 2024 by longtime colleagues and friends, Tim Rowe and Philip Sides, after years of planning and decades of experience working in the demolition industry.

Together, Tim and Philip bring over 40 years of combined expertise to every project. Philip’s background is rooted in the field, where he has spent 20 years leading crews, operating heavy equipment, and navigating the challenges of demolition on sites of every size. Tim’s career has been focused on the business side of the industry, with two decades of experience in estimating, project management, and overseeing operations from start to finish.

This balance of field and office expertise enables Samson Demolition to operate with both practical know-how and strategic oversight. Having “seen just about everything demolition has to offer,” Tim and Philip set out to create a company built on safety, reliability, and efficiency—a team that understands the work at ground level and how to deliver it on schedule and within budget.

As owners, they are hands-on with every project, ensuring that clients receive not only professional results but also the confidence of working with people who genuinely know the industry inside and out.
